PRESS RELEASE: Changes to Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Pound-Maker Investments Ltd. (PMI) are pleased to announce the following changes to the Board.

As of August 23, 2022, Mr. Brad Wildeman has resigned his position of Board Chair and President of PMI. Mr. Wildeman served as Chair for 5 years, a role he filled after over 30 years with Pound-Maker Agventures Ltd. prior to his retirement in August 2016. Mr. Blake Bergen was appointed as Chair and President of PMI subsequent to Mr. Wildeman’s resignation. Mr. Bergen has been a Director for 12 years with experience as a member of the Executive Committee, Chair of the Audit Committee, and has also served as Secretary.

Mr. Bergen looks forward to the new role, commenting “I am excited to continue working with a great group of people, and to build on the legacy of innovation and community involvement cultivated over the last decades through the leadership of Brad Wildeman, and the previous Board Chairs.”

Also on August 23, 2022, Mr. Darren Blair resigned from his position of Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of PMI. Mr. Blair has been a member of the Board for 13 years, serving as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for 9 of those years. Mr. Clinton Monchuk will succeed Mr. Blair as Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.

Both Brad Wildeman and Darren Blair continue as Directors for the company.
